Adriann specializes in property and HOA management, helping residential and
commercial communities run smoothly while safeguarding property values for
homeowners and investors. Her organized approach and clear communication style
allow her to proactively support boards, owners, investors, and residents with
confidence and care.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State
University and her Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University
and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Her background in engineering and facilities
oversight provides a strong foundation in infrastructure, building systems, capital
planning, and long-term asset management; bringing a strategic, solutions-oriented
perspective to every property she serves.
Originally from Georgia, Adriann brings warmth and Southern hospitality to every
relationship she builds. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her on the softball field,
exploring one of Bloomington’s many trails, or cheering on the Falcons and the Georgia
Bulldogs.
